3 earths inshower pull switch

I want to change my 45amp isolator pull cord as a loose wire has caused some disclouration but as there is no slack the earths have pulled free as i have taken the box off. inside are 3 earth wires and 2 earth connections... can't find any rference to this ont' web, can anyone help with a wiring diagram or advice please?

The two earth connections will be connected by a metal strip so it doesn't matter whether you use one or both.

The three earth wires must all be connected to one or other of them.
