3 port diverter with 2 timers

there are basically 2 houses each with internal zones for heating and hot water, therefore the 3 port shares between the two distributors. yes, if money was no object the 3 port should come out and two 2ports go in but ..... no money for valves so trying to make life from exisiting.

Are you saying each port does htg & hws in two seperate properties.

Are you saying that there is one heat source that serves two separate properties,each with separate heating and DHW, if so then forget trying to serve both properties with a single 3port,it's a ridiculous idea and won't work

No money for valves but two properties?
Are you a landlord by any chance?

Actually it's not a bad idea.

Let the house with the boiler and you have free hot water and heating. :cool:
