3 way dimmer

Is a 3 way dimmer switch available on just a square fascia as opposed to a rectangular one?
Current setup is wall lights, main front lights the back lights on a 3 way SQUARE box chased into the wall. To save on the hassle of having to extend the current cut out, replace the back box so a rectangluar 3 way can be used is there a square option....
The wall in question is solid and not plaster or soft brick

I don't think so - space would be tight and there'd be cooling problems.
