3 way switching with 3 lights

I'm converting a loft and i want to put in 3 way switching with a light on each landing. I want to be able to turn on or off each light from any of the switches on the 3 way circuit. Can you please help and show me a wiring diagram or something

You need two 2-way switches and an intermediate switch, all interconnected with three-core-and-earth cable.
