plastic housing leaking any body know what the part is called and best place to get one from thanx

These units commonly leak (when they leak, if you see what I mean) from the grey plastic condense tube where it passes through the metal panel. There is an O ring inside which is the culprit.
 
It's another carp Worcester design fault (although Grundfos make the part)...left hand plastic manifold is poorly molded spraying out domestic water.

You need kit 8 716 106 356 0 flow unit including the seals.

Also worth changing the auto air vent 8 716 106 445 0 and re-charging the vessel.
