3m sticky metal hooks

Hello
I have some of these stuck to the side if my Ikea furniture to hang clothes on overnight.
One is already delaminating the unit and wondering what the best thing to do is without destroying where it’s coming away. See pic of the hook. https://share.icloud.com/photos/05abPUczUYJMlkk0gE9ZYTddg
Was hoping to get a bracket or something to screw in to hold them in rather than trying to remove, but can’t find anything.

Drill a small hole into the plastic and just dipping it into the chipboard. Then screw in a small screw thats not to long.
2 screws one above the other might be more secure and would stop movement
