4 days without heating and its freezing

Hi,I have Heatline S24 Compact.
D.H.W 100% work propely.
C.H not working and boiler it has not have any reaction.
Bar between 1 and 2.
PLEASE HELP ME!!!!

We haven't even thought about putting the heating on yet.

I dont think the OP has the skill set to deal with a non operating diverter valve in his Heatline combi.

Whilst many simple problems like rad balancing and control settings can often be successfully sorted out by a DIYer, most internal boiler faults are likely to need an experienced boiler repairer.
