Hi. Is there any fitting that can fit internally into a 40mm pipe ?. I have a 40mm pipe sticking out of a pond side with the liner welded around it , so i can't fit a normal fitting externally without making the pond leak. What im after is something like a toilet pan connector (rubber fins pushing into soil pipe) but for a 40mm (1.5") pipe. It would then fit into an elbow to take an inflow pipe lower into the pond.

Thanks

Thanks for your reply. I think that fitting is a replacement for a short length of pipe, to fit into normal sockets. There probably is no internal fitting as i described because it would cause an obstruction. A toilet pan connector works because the flow is always in the same direction.

I think I'll have to give up or bodge something together. Cheers
