Recently the kitchen sink has been slow to drain, added to the 40mm drain connection at the sink is the washing machine and dishwasher waste pipes.

Where the sink is slow to drain, the U-bend has been cleaned etc with no blockage found etc.

Some weeks ago I cleaned the Rain water drains on each corner of the house where one was not draining. So roding the drain to remove blockage was found that the sink drain is also connected. But this drain pipe goes to the sewer network.

I suspect the 40mm underground pipe to the 4" clay sewer pipe is partially blocked. So to clean this 40mm is a problem where its under concrete flooring and slabs etc.

Any tips of how to clean this pipe where its underground or are there any 40mm rod kits on the market etc.

Thanks

You can buy a cheap pipe auger.
