Hi

I have built a small outbuilding and was looking to fit a toilet

My main sewer is at the front of the house and i would like to run a 40mm PVC solvent welded pipe from a Macerator, then run a 40mm PVC pipe under ground, the run of pipe would be 6-7 meters meters and then connect into the 110mm main sewer line

Is this allowed as i don't want to run a 110mm soil pipe up to the outbuilding also i haven't got a good run for the soil pipe as well

Please advice

God help you!!! A macerater and cocked up drains,

Now there is a recipe for disaster

If you follow the instructions for the macerator regarding pipe runs, I know you have to be careful with bends.

We fitted a macerator 20 years ago, 32mm pipe, 4.5m underground but fed the pipe into the side of a sewer chamber 300mm down and bent the pipe down and fed it into the outlet at the bottom of the chamber to direct the flow and it's worked fine.
