I've been obtaining quotes for double glazing and the company do 58 or 70mm profiles. The 58mm obviously allows bigger windows to be installed, however do these look too modern for a 1920s house. Havent had much luck in locating a property with 70mm profile, as they install 58mm 95 % of the time apparently.

Why not ask the company where they have fitted 70mm and then go and have a look.
