5mm gravel needs stabilizing

hi what is the easiest way to stabilize 5mm gravel.... I have 2 lengths of pathway... about 6ft x 3ft and 10ft x 3ft, I have pea gravel on them but it all keeps getting messy and going all over my lawn so I want to try and make the gravel so it doesn't move.... is there any way this can be achieved

You could try a vibrating plate, works best on sharp chippings. But if you have different levels with round gravel, it will be hard to solve.

would putting a layer of cement down and then throwing the gravel on top and maybe rolling it work? ...would the gravel just look like a solid gravel path if I did that
