I'm looking at doing the following...

1.5 Bar Salamander pump on floor at side of WHS tank...
Warix flange from HWS tank and new drop from CWS tank...
H+C pipes from pump outlet back up into loft ~1.5M...
4M pipe run over to en-suite...
~1M drop to mixer...

Doing some rough pressure loss calcs, it looks to me like running in 15mm (given that there will also be 4 x 90 degree bends) will give me a reasonable pressure loss.

Should I step up to 22mm just to be safe, or am I going OTT (or put a 2.0 Bar pump in)?

Many thanks
