903.33 cartridge temperature setting

Hi
I have just changed my power shower 903.33 cartridge, however the water is far too hot so following the YouTube shower doctors video to adjust the temperature nothing is happening to cool the water
I have tried ( trial and error) different settings but the water is far too hot and the shower is unusable
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated as the wife is doing my nut in!

1. Have you got a low pressure system but set it for high pressure or vice versa?
2. Normally hot comes in on the left and cold on the right. If yours is the other way round you would have to reverse the cartridge (i.e. turn it through 180 degrees).
