That's a big ask. It will be very snatchy. Have you thought about hiring a decent core drill and bit?
I'd be minded to break it out, sleeve it with pipe and make good.

In that case then pilot drill the centre with whatever is long enough, stitch drill from each side, then mash about with a chisel, drill and whatever you can to tidy it up.

Cut a piece of (400mm) drain pipe and foam or mortar it into place.
We have cored through no-fines without huge problems
But to be fair we use a marcrist core drill with there PC850 core bits.
