A couple of queries about an overflow pipe…

I’ll try and bend the
I can't tell for sure ,but the water level in the large tank appears to be far too high. Measuring from the top rim ,how far down is the water level?
Do both white plastic overflow pipes ( one from each tank) join together somewhere ,going into one communal external pipe ?
Do you have a shower pump ?
Can you show us a pic of the bath tap ,and is the cold tap connected to the cold mains ?
Thanks again for the replies. I’ll try and get a few more photos tomorrow.
there are pipes everywhere I’ll try and see if the other tank feeds into that overflow. I’ll also measure the water in the black tank. I took a few more photos of the tank.

We have two showers upstairs (one en-suite) both have two separate pumps.

I’ll take a photo of the bath tap but it’s a standard mixer tap with two taps for hot and cold. Looks unbranded to me.

Water level is far too high.
Is bath tap cold supply from mains or tank ? If unsure ,turn off mains stopcock where water enters the property and see if baths cold tap continues to give water flow.
