Yes, you're right. What all the researchers agree on is that it isn’t over yet.
And until it is, all you have is opinions.
And yet you still won't wear a mask because of why? Your opinion that it doesn't do any good.

Not where I am. Almost everyone is wearing one in shops. Perhaps there is a higher level of numptiness where you live?Because few others wear one.![]()

And we've learned a lot more since the beginning. Time to keep up Ryler.A neighbour of mine flew to italy on a sking jolly just as the lockdown was beginning.
He brought back covid, infected his son and the first local school was shut down.
Never mind that he was an idiot but the government hadn't the airports shut down to stop him.
It came in on the planes. Idiots returning from their jollies.
Masks has nothing to do with it.
The theory is that if your lungs are already half way to useless then you're more likely to suffer when Covid-19 turns the other half into soggy scar tissue.Have not heard any more about how this virus has not affected smokers as much as as predicted
Theory being that this virus does not like nicotine
Worked in an office the other day
They are changing all there door handles to copper or copper plated handles
You seem to be as bad as Bobby at understanding what people write. The theory is that if your lungs are already half way to useless then you're more likely to suffer when Covid-19 turns the other half into soggy scar tissue.
How come the UK has a higher death rate per capita than Sweden. You are still wrong about Sweden. At the risk of repeating myself, they have done substantially worse than other Scandinavian countries and their stats are moving steadily closer to the UK's.
"Sweden has about 8200 confirmed cases per million people as of 12 August, compared with 1780 in Norway and 2560 in Denmark. (For the UK it is 4600 and the US 15,400.)
Sweden has had 57 deaths per 100,000, compared with five in Norway and 11 in Denmark. (For the UK it is 70 and the US 50.)"

UK imposes lockdown yet still has a higher death rate than Sweden, a country which did not impose a lockdown.
Are the benefits of lockdown being exaggerated, the problem is we just don't enough about this disease.
You seem to be as bad as Bobby at understanding what people write.
That is not a theory or the theory.
What you say is true but the point being made is that smokers are less likely to get covid.
I have no idea whether that is correct or not.

and also ...
5,810 Swedes have died of COVID-19 (Sky News)
Population of Sweden: 10.23 million
1 death per 1760 people
41,423 Brits have died
Population of UK: 66.65 million
1 death per 1609 people
That is a very similar death rate than the UK.
