A few building questions

I am considering purchasing a property which I would then wish to demolish and then rebuild.

To demolish - how long and how much (very roughly) ?
To build - spacious 5 bed - how long to build ?

I'm not expecting accurate numbers but I just don't don't have an idea at present.
