Police sergeant Zaheer Ahmed was over looked for promotion in favour of less qualified white officers because of his ethnic origins
He complained of a number of racially motivated snubs during his 23 year career.
A tribunal found that he was subjected to "unconscious" race discrimination & 2 instances of direct discrimination . The tribunal ruling found that Mr Ahmed had suffered racial discrimination in 7 of the 16 claims he made. He will now receive what could be substantial damages pay out at a hearing.
Mr Ahmed has since retired from the police force.
Strange as it seems it is always non whites who are victims of discrimination, apparently non whites are incapable of committing acts of discrimination against white people.
