Scenario
I had a wall with purple emulsion on it
I painted over with a dilute solution of left over pale emulsion
I gave 2 coats of new emulsion
A glazing/"stretch mark" effect appeared when dry
I gave another coat of a different new emulsion
A glazing/"stretch mark" effect appeared when dry (even cracking in places)
I gave another coat of a different new emulsion
You guessed it a glazing/"stretch mark" effect appeared when dry (even cracking in places)
Short of wallpapering has anyone ant ideas how I can successfully emulsion this wall???!!!
