A+ WER 10 vs A+ WER 14 - any real difference?

I'm gathering quotes to replace my windows and I'm trying to figure out if spending a few hundred going from A+ WER 10 windows with a 1.33u value to A+ WER 14 windows with a 1.3u rating. There doesn't seem to be much info online if those 4 extra points really means much. I know the reduced u value is fairly insignificant. Can anyone help?

For more detail I'm looking at upgrading the regular Liniar frames to the EnergyPlus ones. That's the only difference. Thanks.
