AAV or not?

Good morning all!
1st post here after thinking about this for a bit.

I am in the process of refitting my bathroom and have knocked through into the en-suite in the next room to create a bigger bathroom.

In the main bathroom hidden behind some units was an AAV (see pic below)
I have now changed the position of the toilet which is now backing up directly by the soil pipe (to the left of the sink in the picture)

The soil pipe is not externally vented but I know it drops vertically down a couple of meters a least through the kitchen where it is boxed in.
Pic 2 shows that I have also got sink and bath waste going into the stack.
My question is do I need another AAV to replace the one I removed?

If you've removed the AAV from the stack then yes you need a new one otherwise you will get sewer smells into the room, either that or take the stack up and vent normally through the roof.

I was checking as there wasn’t one in the ensuite that I removed. Guessing that they were sharing the same one?
This now poses a problem as I did not make allowances for this inside the units I am building. Is there another way around this?
As the building is listed, I cannot go outside. I could maybe box into the corner in the adjoining room (this is also right by the stack).

Don't see why not, as long as the stack is vented. Ideally it will be set above the spillover level of the highest item attached to it, usually the basin.
