Hi,
My customer wants to remove the soil stack in his en-suite for space saving purposes. The stack goes up through the loft and terminates on roof. This en-suite is upstairs in extension part above existing garage. There is a second soil stack from main bathroom that also goes through loft and terminates on roof. My question is will it be ok to cut down the soil pipe and fit a AAV in the en-suite and if so, what is the minimum height above the highest point on basin trap that the top of AAV can be?
Many thanks in advance,
Gary.
