AIUI the IPCC are still holding an investigation into the matter, somehow I suspect that this will not conclude until the scumbags have been dealt with. Then they can do whatever they decide with the officers concerned and accept the backlash over it.

However we all know what's likely to happen, they get off scot free and the polit get to pay them lots of money.
Yet people that have used hurty words have already been sent down far quicker.
