Whenever I had to tender for work in the local authority education dept, I had someone on the inside who would tell me what their budget was and would tell me what price to come in at. I always got the work. Consequently, my friend in the council never paid to get her car repaired and the local authority never lost out as my quotes were always within budget.

It’s funny isn’t it how hugely profitable govt contracts go to companies who give money back to MPs and party donations.

As I always say, whether just dipping their proverbial toes or up to their necks, most politicians are well and truly in the swamp.
