I am new to this forum( I m sorry for my English)
I have done 1 oven project in metal baking oven after in that i have faced lot of problems some problems i could slove it
but
still some problems are still remaining so i searched in internet same time i found this forum i hope this will helpful & solve my problems.
About my oven details:
I am using LDO firing oven
my set point is 220'c
My problems are here:
1).My oven runs 24 hrs & my oven set point is 220'c but it does not reach to 220'c
it goes up to 200 to 210 due to this my LDO (Light Diesel oil) consummation is too high,
My required temp is 160'c on the metal
but inside the oven i am not getting 160'c
so that my burner does not get cutoff
I hope i will get nice solution to solve my problems.
