Hi I have a flat roof on my kitchen extn constructed 8 years ago however the original builder left the job midway after the roof was built. Now when the council came over to inspect the soakaway at the time he looked at the roof and said as per the plans I required an abutment vent the builder I had at the time said it would cost a lot back then to add this abutment vent
