Accenta 6 service reset code

Does anyone know how to reset the service interval on a Accenta 6 alarm. The tamper light is flashing indicating a service is required. I have checked everything and battery has recently been changed. Now need to reset the tamper light.

I know the engineer code is 9999 but do not know the sequence to reset.

How do you know the tamper light means it needs servicing? I've never heard of this (though i dont know a lot about alarms)

try this,prog 9 9 9 9 3 0 reset reset reset,this should disable the service timer

Not 3 but 5 in my book. Suppose it depends on the model.

However, if your service code is NOT 9999, and if the installer has set the service timer he probably will have changed the code too, then you need to reset the NVM. Which terminal you use to do this depends on the model you have.

BUT: IS THIS SYSTEM UNDER A MAINTENANCE CONTRACT?
