I can't set my alarm. when I type my code in all the zones are lit and the alarm just keeps beeping and not setting. The only way I can set the alarm is to omit all the zones and then it looks it is is set although all the rooms have been omitted it's pointless.

Can you help?

Do the sensors light up when you walk in front of them?

Then you have a blown fuse in the panel. It needs replacing and you need to find the short-circuit. Check things like cable stuck on gripper rods.

right thanks for your advice. Is this panel the one with all the wires in? or is this the control panel and how do i change a fuse? Sorry i am new to all this.

Thanks

Yes it's the big one but you need a meter to check the fuses ( or sometimes you can see the break). You need the correct replacement and you need to find why it happened last time.
