Can you please help me with a G4 mini fault code display showing 0F000000 under the 12345678 part ... alarm keeping going off in middle of night and this is what is shows?

That looks like zone 2 is being triggered. Is it a PIR, door contact or something else? There are many possibilities why it's triggering. If it's a PIR, maybe something like a spider, moth or rodent is triggering it. If it's a door\window contact, it may be failing.
