Accenta G4 problem

Installed an Accenta G4 Mini, with one PIR, one outside sounder and one remote keypad. Power up and the outside sounder goes off, and won't switch off with the default user code, which the manual says it should. Double checked the wiring and all seems to be in the right place. Any suggestions what I should be looking for as the fault/error/cock-up?

You have confused the HOLD OFF with the TRIGGER.
