Accenta G4 just ticks: Cannot get to the menu.

I've a relative new 6 month old Accenta G4 mini . Couple of nights ago it just went off for no reason with the alarm going off at 2am. I tried to reset it , but it now won't respond to anything.

All ports are now looped including the bell. It just gives out a ticking sound. I've tried 2 key pads. The LCD one gives the code Accenta G4 RKP f131-01-111 and the one it came just ticks . The board just gives out a ticking sound. I cannot get to the menu system.

Any ideas?

I would wire one of the keypads direct to the pcb ,after down powering the control panel ....try both one at a time ....if this does not work sounds like the panel is faulty ...

I've tried that. Unfortunately there is no change.
