Accenta8 External Sounder Issue

Hey All, I'm after a bit of help.

I've been testing the alarm in my new house and found a issue with the Hallway Sensor.

If I set off the alarm, the internal Sounder activates but the External Sounder doesn't.

All the other Sensors work fine.

I've swapped the Sensor but still no luck. Looks to be a config issue.

I have noticed that the control panel also doesn't indicate when that particular sensor has been activated but it does illuminate if I set up a beep on activation.

Any help would be gratefully received.

Does the Hallway sensor start the entry/exit timer ?
If so have you left alarm for 1 minute before you turn off.

Yes it starts entry timer.

When I walk in the Sensor picks me up, the timer starts (30 secs on mine) then sets the alarm off if I haven't put the code in.

That's correct.
Bell are instant on zones that are not access zones
Bell will sound on exit zone once timer has expired. This should slso indicate zone once Bell triggered.
