Accents gen4 silent entry

evening all, my first post on here, so I’d just like to introduce my self.

I have installed my accenta gen4 and it all works fine apart from when I come back into the house via the front door, I have no sound of counting down for the alarm to be unset, can somebody shed some light on this please.

Yes it did, I had to power it down once, and since then, no entry countdown sound
