I assumed the OP would eventually be taking more tiles off to access the pipework and connect up the boiler so supporting that tile is a non issue?

Accessing bathroom box behind tiles

I suspect that we will need to take off much more tile if the work is to continue. But in principle I've picked up the following access hatch from eBay:
Will probabaly remove some grout between the plasterboard and the surrounding tiles around the perimeter and stick in the 'rails' using adhesive
