Accetptable Building Work

We engaged a building to repair and renew some joists.

In the photo below you see newly installed joists. The joists are sistered and sit on a sleeper wall. The sister joists appear glued and not bolted together. Is this acceptable

In the photos below you can see an endplated installed. There is however a block of wood inserted between the end plate and wall. Althougth it has a DPM seperating the block of wood from the wall, I am concered it will fall out eventually. Is this acceptable

The block against the wall needs a nail in it, and that adjacent trimmed joist and trimmer need hangers, the joists on the wall need a couple of nails if there aren't any. Otherwise it look OK
