Accident damage - MOT worthy?

Hi - I wonder if anyone can advise. I recently had an accident (hit a deer) which I initially thought caused minor damage. However, the car is only worth about £1500 and has been declared a write-off. I'm planning to buy it back and fix it, as much of the damage is cosmetic which I'm not really worried about, or can be sorted fairly cheaply with second-hand parts. One area I'm not sure about though is that the bumper reinforcer/shock absorber has been bent. Would this be an MOT fail? The car is a 2004 Honda Accord. Thanks for any help!

I very much doubt if any tester would see this anyway, but no, its not a fail - so long as there aren't any sharp edges sticking out!
