acrylic emulsion

Where can I find acrylic emulsion in the UK ? The stuff our builders have used just stinks too much and since we will have another job in the flat soon, I'd like to get some odourless acrylic. In France, it's what you find everywhere. But I have not seen any in shops here and the local decorators merchant says Vinyl is the same....

Wow, that seems to cause a problem. Can anyone recommend a good odourless paint and primer otherwise ?
