Pop the flush valve out.
It's sometimes a grotty seat/washer.
Sometimes the mechanism doesn't retract properly after a flush.
Also had them where the plastic grid at the top isn't fitted properly so valve won't seat.

Its only been in use a month.
Seen them do it from new.
My guess is the top part hasn’t clicked in properly.

Do you how to adjust levels, when it overflows it's so high it also weeps out of the casing.
It shouldn’t leak out of the casing.
