Adaptor for Cooker Hood Ducting

Hello guys,

I have just fitted a Logik Cooker Hood. Presently, I am using the charcoal filters, but I want to fit ducting to lead externally. The Cooker Hood chimney is 258 mm X 213 mm. Can anyone let me know where I can get a suitable Adaptor for the chimney, please.

I have looked around but so far no luck.
