Ducting cooker hood

Hello

What's the best way of ducting a cooker hood externally?

I can't decide between rigid ducting and flexi although flexi looks much cheaper. Is there much of a difference?

Depends how far and how many bends as all this must be taken into account as it all affects the efficientcy

Always go rigid and make sure the ducting is the correct size for the hood.
