We have an outside wc which we wish to retain however we want to build new toilet on the other side of the wall (inside) where we are building a disabled facilities bathroom. The inside where we want to add wc shower basin has a solid concrete floor so we would like to take drainage out through the wall to the existing outside wc soil pipe.
The outside wc has a swan neck fitting connecting to a clay pipe in the floor.
The soil stack(?) pipe is internal at the front of the property.
My question is, is this possible or should we be thinking saniflow etc?
Thanks

Anything is possible, but there could be a fair amount of work involved, depending on how you plan to do this but using a Saniflo when there is a foul drain the other side of the wall is absolute madness. Saniflo's are a last resort, and for good reasons!

Depending on layout of building and especially the drains will determine what you have to do. Easiest would be to join to current drain above floor level, if that is not practical then you need to look at coupling to the existing drain underground. Whether you need to dig the floor(s) up or if the new soil can be taken through an external wall and joined to the existing drain outside of the building will depend on where the drains run outside the property.

For what it is worth I did a spell in local authority many years ago with a special responsibility doing adaptations for the disabled in private homes. At that time there were local authority grants to assist in the funding of such work.

I would anticipate that such funding still exists todays and it may be in your interest to check it out. If you can't find out via a call to the council give the Occupational Therapist in Social Services a ring as they would be involved to, to ensure the work benefited the disabled person.
