Hello,

I am not sure how to setup a different language on the computer. I need to be able to type english and change it to modern greek when e-mailing friends from cyprus.
When i was in an Internet cafe.. i had the option to change.
How do i go about this?

Thanks,

Carlos

I'm assuming that you are using Windows XP.

Go to Control panel and double click Regional and language settings. Click the Languages tab and then click the Details button. You will see a list of installed languages. Click the Add button and select your language from the drop down list. You may require the WIndows XP CD at this point. Once installed, you simply select it from the list of installed languages to make it active.

Just re-read your post. I'm not sure if this will actually convert from English to Greek though. I struggle with my native English, never mind Greek.

Thankyou for your help, i will try it now-and yes i am using windows XP.

Sorry i didn't write it correct. No it's not to translate from english to greek. i just need the alphabet, makes spelling much easier! all i want to be able to do is change my keyboard layout.

thanks,

carlos
