Hi there,

I am currently renovating my bathroom (downstairs), which has a radiator in already. Lumped in with this project is the creation of a utility area next door to the bathroom I am renovating and it is in here that I want to add a new rad. The CH in place is rather dated - I estimate that it must be at least 15 years old. It is driven by an old Glow Worm combi and there are currently six rads on the system. Finally, the piping is a combination of micro bore and standard 15mm.

I have taken down the ceiling and I am able to access the pipes that feed the existing radiator in the bathroom which shows the 15mm pipe with the micro bore branching off it.

So, what would be the best way for me to proceed then?

Cheers

Tim

renovate your heating before you renovate your bathroom.
i don't think you will get much more out of 15 year old gw combi
