Hi there, I have just moved house and have fitted a florescent light in the loft, which is connected in to a ceiling rose from the floor below. All works fine.

However as the loft is long, it is dark at one end and I would like to add an additional light. Can this be be connected directly to the light I have just fitted (i.e. running from the switched live, neutral and earth of the new light directly?). Or does the connection need to be more elaborate?

Thanks in advance.
