adding external extension from electric access

I need to add an external extension lead from the electric access (images attached).
After turning off the fusebox, can I just plug it in directly to one of the plastic connectors shown here?
It doesn;t need much in the way of current, just a simple 5amp fuse in the extension socket to power an external IP camera that goes on the roof.
The cables look thicker than the normal electrical wiring so I'm wondering if I should pick another access point and just connect there and feed the new wire through the empty conduit piping that you can see in the picture.

Not a lot to go on really, what is the plastic enclosure for? Is that telephone cable in there with them? The cables exiting should be glanded and you should never have just the brown/blue single insulated cables outside the box. Ideally you need a friendly electrician to have a look.

It's just an enclosure to allow access to the conduit and provide power to stuff on the roof (aircon, backup heating element in the solar water heater, etc.)
That white cable is a TV coaxial for the satellite dishes on the roof and goes down to the TV 1 floor below.
The brown/blue goes about 1cm outside the box and then has black cable over it.

Does that spare conduit lead to the roof or back the board. If back to the board then take a new supply from the board to the box and from thence to the equipment. I would be reluctant to tap into the existing circuits but it is a possibility provided you are knowledgeable enough about loads and circuit protection.
