Adding Inhibitor after cleaning Spirotec filter

I've just cleaned the spirotec filter. System pressure is 0.1bar. Question I have is can I top up my radiator with an inhibitor without draining radiator as pressure seems so low already.

No, you’ll need to drain some out as it should be full of water, you have only taken the pressure out from cleaning the filter
