Adding inhibitor to a central

Hi,

My radiators have recently been almost fully drained - I think there was probably some water left in the lowest rads. Is it safe to go ahead and add new inhibitor (I'm not sure what was already in there), or should I redrain it from the lowest point?

yes just add the inhibitor and refill

Any recommendations for the best inhibitor?

I prefer sentinell X100, but that is purely a personal preference, some boiler manufacturers recommend particular brands
