adding rad to loft conversion

Need some info on adding a rad in loft conversion. It is an oil fired open vent pumped system in a two story house.
Would i need to raise f & e tank, need a more powerful pump to circulate water higher any info would be appreciated.

F & E tank must be raised above the top of the highest rad, preferrably by a couple of feet.

Pump should be OK unless it was struggling before adding the rad.
