i don't belive there is any shower on the market in this country that needs a 63A breaker.
plug fuses can break pretty damn serious currents and we put sockets on cooker circuits which can be protected as high as 50A sometimes.
the only issues left are protection of the cable to the socket, circuit labeling issues and potential overload. This first one is a potential issue but not an unsolvable one (either by using thick enough cable or by adding an extra fuse/breaker). overload is unlikly to be an issue with a high level socket thats unlikely to be used for anything except a TV. circuit labeling is always an issue if you have multiple circuits serving sockets in a room. but thats life and theres only so much its reasonable to do to protect an idiot diyer from thier own stupidity.
btw if you'r going to spur off a shower circuit my reccomendation would be to put a 16A DP mcb in a modular box. plenty of space in the terminals of one end of the MCB for the shower cable and then you can run 2.5mm from there safely to your socket.
